• Real Property Receivables Extract (#230) - Includes account number, levy code, omitted assessment data, tax status, tax billing year, land and building asessed value, amount of taxes billed, amount of taxes paid, mortgage company identifier, information on senior citizen/disabled exemption status and miscellaneous fees billed with property taxes, other than SWM.
  
  
• Real Property Full Legal Description (#250) - Provides an extract of complete legal descriptions contained in assessor's records. Information includes parcel/account number and four lines of legal description per record. A record number identifies multiple records per account.
  
  
• Plat Index (#006) - Shows plat name and number, section, township and range, volume/page of recording. Provides one record for each plat record in King County and is updated monthly.
  
  
• Real Property Future Year Receivables Extract (#235) - Provides data for the next calendar year which included: account number, levy code, omitted assessment data, tax status, tax billing year, land and building assessed value, amount of taxes billed, amount of taxes paid, mortgage company identified, senior citizen/disabled exemption status information and miscellaneous fees billed with property taxes, other than SWM.
  
  
• Plat Index - Paper copy of index showing plat name and number, section, township and range, volume/page of recording. Provides one record for each plat record in King County and is updated monthly.
  
  
• ASCRPT - Paper copy of Assessed Valuation and Extended Tax Certification Report. Shows information by levy code and by district.
