King County Services are available to anyone who lives, works, or plays in King County. Customer service representatives are available to help you in each of our service departments.

Try the steps below to get in touch with the department you need, or to provide feedback on our service.

  1. Search our website. Many of your frequently asked questions can be found online.

  2. Email us for a response within 24 hours on weekdays with your question, compliment, comment, or complaint.

  3. Call us. Try our one page phone guide (in English - PDF or Spanish / En Español - PDF) or call the main toll free customer service line at 1-800-325-6165.

  4. Search online by service departments or by employee name.

  5. If you still can't find the answers you need or have a question for a specific department, contact a Customer service officer.

  6. If you receive or witness exceptional service, nominate an employee as a Customer Service Hero.
