Are you a new runner looking for support, a former runner looking to get back into it, or a regular runner needing some accountability?  Many employees run on their lunch break, so we’ve create King County running groups to help employees get or stay in shape. There are groups at the Chinook Building and King Street Center.  If you'd like to start a club at your work site, let Healthy Incentives know how we can help.  Heavy rain cancels all scheduled runs.

Chinook Building

Mondays and Wednesdays
Leave the bike storage room at 12:10 p.m.

Join group leader Seth Watson twice a week for a three-mile run.Seth_Running_Group

To join, email SethJason or Steve to be added to the communication list. Then show up at the door to the Chinook bike storage room (on Jefferson) at 12:10 p.m. ready for a run.

Steve_Jason

A typical route heads north on the waterfront towards the Sculpture Park and back (about 3 miles) for a 27-30 minute run. Mileage may vary, but you will have someone to run with you at your own pace.

King Street Center

Wednesdays
Meet in the Activity Center at 12:10 p.m.

Run at your own pace. A typical run heads to Beacon Hill and back, about 4 miles.  Email run leader Denise Liguori to be added to the email list for communication.
