Making Life Easier is a program of multiple services offered as a benefit to eligible employees, their dependent family members (regardless of where they live) and anyone living in the employee’s household.
The primary services that fall under Making Life Easier (MLE) fall into five categories:
- Personal counseling for individual, marital and family problems
- Legal consultation
- Financial consultation
- Adult and elder care consultation and referral
- Child care consultation and referral
