Getting recognition

How do you keep employees motivated and enthusiastic?

Here are some suggestions to keep employees motivated and enthusiastic about recycling:

  • Publicize your program to employees through the company newsletter.
  • Regularly post recycling levels for employees to view.
  • Include recycling on staff meeting agendas.
  • Make sure all recycling bins are properly labeled.
