Performance and Strategy
The Performance and Strategy (PS) section leads organizational performance management and guides strategy development so that King County delivers quality services, makes informed and transparent decisions, and achieves its goals.
The PS section provides countywide strategic planning and performance management support on key enterprise programs, including:
- King County Strategic Plan
- Executive organizational performance review
- Public performance reporting
- Employee and community surveys
- Data collection and analysis
Performance and Strategy analysts work with King County departments and agencies as internal consultants to help them develop, design, or improve their key management tools. Analysts also work in support of Line of Business planning, continuous improvement projects, Equity and Social Justice, employee engagement, and community engagement.
