Fees and rates
Landing fee
- The King County International Airport landing fee is $1.50/1,000 lbs. MGLW for non-based aircraft over 12,500 lbs.
- Non-revenue generating aircraft under 12,500 lbs. are not charged a landing fee.
- Aircraft based at the airport are not charged a landing fee unless they are revenue-generating.
Parking and tie-down rates
Parking is available by reservation only on airport-operated ramps. Please call 206-296-7334 before your flight to BFI to make aircraft parking arrangements. The fees listed below apply to aircraft using these ramps. Pilots pay these fees upon arrival.

Parking rate exceptions
*In the area next to the Terminal Building, the first hour of aircraft parking is free for aircraft under 12,500 lbs. After that—and at all times for heavier aircraft and those in other areas—the rates above apply.
Aircraft parked on the ramp of a fixed-base operator (FBO) are subject only to the parking charges assessed by that FBO, and those fees are paid directly to the FBO.
