KCE completes signature review for minimum wage petitions; numbers fall short
Today King County Elections issued a letter of insufficiency to the City of Seattle for both Referendum Measure Nos. 2 and 3. There were not enough valid signatures for a measure to be placed on the ballot. Both measures related to putting Seattle’s new $15 minimum wage law to a vote.

Watch your mailbox for primary election ballots
King County Elections will mail ballots July 16 for the August 5 primary election. Voters’ pamphlets are mailed separately and may arrive on a different day than ballots. Voters may also check MyVoterGuide online for a customized voters’ pamphlet. 
July 1
Voter registration deadline July 7 for primary election
Citizens who want to vote in the August 5 primary election have until Monday, July 7 to register to vote or update voter registration information online or by mail. 
April 22
Election results available at 8:15 p.m.
King County Elections will post initial results for the April 22 Special Election at 8:15 p.m. on the Elections website. Results also will be available for mobile users.

King County voters to receive ballots for April Special Election
King County Elections mails ballots April 2 for the April 22 Special Election. Since the ballot includes a countywide measure, all voters will receive a ballot and a voters’ pamphlet, which will be mailed separately.
