Welcome to the King County Print Shop

We are dedicated to providing convenient access to the best print products and services at the lowest possible cost to all King County agencies, and we are working hard to make the Print Shop the preferred source of print products and services for County employees.  We are located in the Graybar Building in downtown Seattle, but have a full range of order and delivery services that can be managed electronically or over the phone.

King County policy requires that all printing, copy, graphic design, photography, and multimedia work go through the King County Print Shop. Please see Executive Order #ACO-8-16 (AEO).

Business cards

The Print Shop is pleased to produce business cards for all King County employees.

All requests for business cards must be made online. Create or log into your account here.

Business cards must follow the King County Graphic Standards and Guidelines. Information submitted on the application is assumed to be correct and the card will not be returned for additional proofing.  For all King County business cards, the U.S. Post Office requires the placement of mail stop above the street address.

Other print products

The King County Print Shop now uses high-speed digital copiers to fill most orders. Print products that cannot be produced in-house may be contracted out.

To place an order for print products other than business cards, please complete an Other Print Products Order Form (link available only within King County network).
