Leasing

The Leasing unit of the Real Estate Services Section provides specialized leasing for other real estate support services to various county departments including the following:

• Leasing of space for County use from private owners.
• Leasing of County owned land or facilities to other governmental agencies.
• Leasing of County owned land or facilities to private parties.
• Providing property management services to County agencies.
• Providing space planning services to County agencies services.
• Real estate consulting for county agencies and officials.
• Leasing and site management for wireless carriers.

The leasing unit also provides leasing services for King County International Airport. Leasing policies are governed by King County Code 4.56.
