WHEREAS, the current Executive Policy, Procedure and Public Rule System was enacted on July 1, 1987 by INF 7-1-AEP, revised May 19, 1989 by INF 7.1.1-AEP and revised January 11, 2016 by INF-7-3 EO.

WHEREAS, the directive in INF 7-3-EO requires all ratified and reenacted polices and rules to expire five years from the effective date of the order or on the 11th day of January, 2021.

WHEREAS, the Permitting Division of the Department of Local Services will be amending various permitting, zoning and land use codes during 2021 and 2022 that relate to the division’s public rules.

NOW, THEREFORE, I Dow Constantine, King County Executive, do hereby order and direct:

INF-7-3-EO is amended to revise the date for the expiration of all existing Executive and Department Policies, Executive and Emergency Orders and Public and Emergency Rules administered by the Permitting Division of the Department of Local Services to be the 11th day of January, 2023.
