The Employee Resource Center (ERC) is a one-stop hub of information and resources to help King County employees manage their careers. Employees can explore careers and college training programs, search and apply for jobs, create resumes or access King County's online training classes.

The ERC is managed by King County Career Support Services (CSS), which offers one-on-one coaching, group consultations and additional resources to King County employees in the areas of career development and job search, including support for career-service employees facing layoff.

The ERC is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Employees may drop in during open hours to use the computers or talk with an available Career Support Services staff person, however those who schedule career one-on-one appointments will have priority.

On occasion the ERC may be closed due to staff availability. Please call 206-296-7340 or email to confirm availability. The ERC is located in the Administration Building, 500 Fourth Ave. in downtown Seattle, Room 568.
