Ordinance 19010

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan King County Council (the Council) held a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse (516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA) on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, beginning at 9:30 AM.  The purpose of this public hearing was to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 2019-0209 (Ordinance 19010), an ordinance relating to the County's zoning code. The Council then adopted this Ordinance at their Wednesday, November 13, 2019 meeting.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Ordinance 19010 amends the King County Zoning Code to exempt testamentary lots created after December 31, 1999 and before January 1, 2019 from minimum lot area requirements. All other zoning requirements, including minimum lot area for construction, would still apply.
