NOTICE OF HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the King County Flood Control District ("District") Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of July 2020, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider amendments to the adopted 2020 budget for the District to update various attachments.

 

The public hearing is planned to either be held at the King County Courthouse, 516 3rd Avenue, Room 1001, Seattle, Washington; or the hearing may be required to be held remotely to comply with the Washington State Governor's Declaration 20-29 (or as amended) regarding the Open Public Meetings Act. Members of the public who are at high risk for COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to attend via telephone or video conferencing, and all persons choosing to attend in person do so at their own risk pursuant to the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy Proclamation No. 20-25, as amended. Information on this public hearing, including how to submit public testimony and attend the meeting, will be posted on King County Council’s website ahead of the hearing.
