King County Clerk's Systems Replacement Project
King County Superior Court Clerk's Office is replacing the Electronic Records Request (ERR) and Electronic Court Records (ECR) systems. There are various phases to our systems replacement project. For additional information and impacts to customers, please click HERE.
ECR Online provides access to cases filed November 1, 2004 and forward and is limited to the following:
- Adult criminal cases;
- Civil cases, with the exception of domestic violence and antiharassment protection order cases;
- Probate and guardianship cases;
- All family law cases; and
- Unsealed portions of parentage cases.
To access Superior Court case documents not authorized for self-service online viewing, go to the KC Script Portal.
Case Number Look-Up
A case number is required to access case document(s) via ECR Online. To find a case number, go to the KC Script Portal.
Access Costs
The cost to access case documents online is 25 cents per page. A King County eCommerce transaction fee of $2.49 (credit card) will be included when creating or depositing funds into an ECR Online account.
Available Reports
New case and judgments reports are available through case #: 22-0-00002-6 ($5.00 per report).
The cost for accessing documents (viewing, printing and saving the file) is 25 cents per page. This fee will be deducted from your account balance before providing access to the case document. You are able to directly add more money into your account if necessary.
