King County District Court operations are substantially curtailed to help keep the public and our employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please visit COVID-19 Impacts to King County District Court to learn how these changes affect you, or call (206) 205-9200.

Please do not come into any King County District Court courthouse if you are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms such as a cough, fever or other respiratory problem.

Note:  In some courthouse divisions the case will first be scheduled for a pre-trial hearing.  If the case does not settle, the Court will then schedule a trial date.

This small claims hearing schedule is posted for informational purposes only and may not be current. While small claims filings are accepted at all King County courthouse divisions, small claims hearings are heard only at the divisions listed below.

Small claims hearings may not be held during a division’s Jury Week and the schedule may change due to the volume of cases. The COURT assigns all hearing dates. The hearing days and times listed below may be changed by a division at any time.
