It is the policy of the Superior Court for King County that each individual bail bond company desiring to transact surety bail bonds in the King County Correctional Facility in Seattle or the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent be required to justify its qualification annually under the provisions of RCW 19.72.040. Please read the 2010 King County Superior Court Judges' Resolution Regarding Justification of Bail Bond Companies for further information on what is required. Please use the associated forms, as appropriate, to place your matter before the court.

The King County Courthouse (Seattle) 3rd Avenue entrance is closed due to construction. It will remain closed through July 26. Please use the 4th Avenue entrance on the west side of 4th Avenue. Visitors can also use the King County Administration Building to enter the courthouse. Enter the Admin Building on 4th Avenue or 5th Avenue and take the elevator to "T" Tunnel.
