Bear Creek/Sammamish Community Service Area open house June 5 in Woodinville

The King County Community Service Area Program is sponsoring an open house meeting in Woodinville on Monday, June 5, when residents of unincorporated areas in northern King County can meet with County officials and talk about issues affecting their communities.

North King County unincorporated area residents have an opportunity to meet with King County officials, learn about small grant opportunities, and be informed about current County work in their community at a June 5 open house in Woodinville.

Featuring King County Councilmember Kathy Lambert, Senior King County Deputy Executive Fred Jarrett, and King County Sheriff John Urquhart, the open house is scheduled for 7-9 p.m. at the Woodinville Library, 17105 Avondale Rd. NE, Woodinville.

Sponsored by the King County Community Service Area program, the open house is an excellent opportunity for residents of unincorporated areas to learn more about King County’s work in their specific community and speak out about their own priorities.

Participants will have time to meet one-on-one with representatives of specific County departments and branches. Interpreter services are available by contacting Alan Painter, CSA Program Manager, 206 477-4521,
