Harbor Island Dock Demolition Project
King County Solid Waste Division (the Division) is issuing a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the Harbor Island Dock Demolition Project. The Division is proposing to demolish a derelict, creosote-treated timber dock located along the western shoreline of Harbor Island, at the mouth of the Duwamish River. Comments regarding this DNS will be accepted via email, writing, or telephone until 4:30pm on March 6, 2020. Please see the DNS for instructions on how to submit comments.
