See How it works which details program steps. The first step is to form a Green Schools team of two or more staff members. The next step is to complete a school or school district application. See links to school and district application forms below.

Eligible schools, school districts, and student teams

Public and private K-12 schools and school districts in King County, outside the City of Seattle, are eligible to receive program assistance and recognition. In participating schools, student teams working on resource conservation receive guidance and recognition.

School applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
