First half Real and Personal Property taxes that were not paid or postmarked by April 30, 2019 are delinquent and must include late charges.

What is Real Property and what is Personal Property?
- Real Property is residential property, vacant land or commercial zoned land with a structure.
- Personal Property are assets used in conducting a business.
- Mobile and Floating Homes are assessed as Personal property if not associated with Real property accounts.

This service is only a reminder of King County property tax payment deadlines. If the message doesn't reach you for any reason, you're still required to pay your property taxes on time. Fees will be added to late property tax payments. King County is not at fault for late payments, even if this notice fails to send, or is never received.
