Front Office Closure

To reduce person-to-person contact related to COVID-19, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, the Environmental Health Services Division's in-person counter services at 401 Fifth Avenue in Seattle, WA (Chinook Building) and 14350 SE Eastgate Way in Bellevue, WA (Eastgate Public Health Center) will be suspended until further notice.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your support in helping to manage the outbreak while continuing to provide services to the people of King County.

Alternatives: Permits may continue to be processed online, by mail, or over the phone.
