    The Public Health – Seattle & King County Environmental Health Services Division has received a Solid Waste Permit application for an Inert Waste Landfill Permit from Green Section 30, LLC. The applicant is proposing to accept cured concrete, asphaltic materials, brick and masonry, ceramic materials produced from fired clay or porcelain, glass, stainless steel, and aluminum. Green Section 30, LLC has submitted an application for an Inert Waste Material Landfill permit as required under the state’s Criteria for Inert Waste Landfills (Chapter 173-350 WAC) and the King County Board of Health Solid Waste Regulations (Title 10 of the Code of the King County Board of Health).

    This application is on file at the offices of Public Health – Seattle & King County, Environmental Health Services Division, 401 5th Avenue, Suite 1100, Seattle, Washington 98104. The application may be reviewed during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by making an appointment.     Any person may submit comments on this permit application in writing or through email communications. Comments will be accepted until 14 days from the latest posting date among all of the notices (newspaper, online, and social page) and must be submitted to:
