Emergency Broadband Benefit

Overview

In May, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) launched the Emergency Broadband Benefit — a temporary program to help families and households afford Internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please use this toolkit to help guide your outreach and social media activity to help raise awareness and participation in the Emergency Broadband Benefit

If using the toolkit items outlined below, please feel free to personalize and share your own stories and photos as much as possible. You know your audiences and communities best.

If you have questions about the resources above, please contact Warren Kagarise, King County digital engagement manager, at wkagarise@kingcounty.gov.
