Specific p-suffix development conditions for properties in the Shoreline community planning area of unincorporated King County WA.
SL-P01: 101-76R (2677)
The required fencing shall be cyclone fence with wood slats. The applicant shall repair other fencing for the parking area along 32nd Avenue NE. Cement "bumper guards" shall be provided interior, and adjacent to, the required fencing.
SL-P02: 118-76R (2840)
All setbacks shall be established relative to a line parallel to and 20 feet west of the east property line of subject property. Residential development shall be limited to 24 development units per acre density.
SL-P03: 158-77R (3561)
Development of the property shall incorporate a 10 foot combination fence and landscaping strip along the northern property boundary line.
SL-P04: 152-78R (4043)
Duplex units to be designed so as to limit the downhill (westerly) side to two story.
SL-P05: 180-78R (4008)
The density requirements of the R-24 zone shall not be exceeded if the subject property is developed with multi-family residences.

The roof peak shall be a maximum of five feet higher than 14th Avenue Northeast, or 307 feet in elevation above sea level, whichever is lower. A six foot high solid cedar fence shall be constructed at the west property line.
