Recorded Documents Requests Form Suspended During Archives Closure

 

Effective July 13, 2020, Archives staff will resume providing reference services on a remote basis (requests by email or telephone) only. We do not have specific information about when in-person reference can resume at this time and we are not currently scheduling appointments.

Reference requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. To help improve efficiency in responding to your request, please provide as much specific information as you can about your needs (i.e., recording numbers (if relevant), dates, names, places or addresses, etc.) and submit it via email to archives@kingcounty.gov.

Copies of recorded documents filed August 1, 1991 or later may be obtained by contacting the King County Recorder’s Office at kingcounty.gov/recorder.
