At RASKC, we are the safety net for many animals who find themselves at our facility. While many of them are quickly reunited or rehomed, we recognize that some of our animals may have some quirks that can make it harder for adopters to see their true potential. This is why we have created the RASKC Rover Scholarship Program. In order to help these dogs thrive, we are proud to offer a waived adoption fee* as well as a $400 training scholarship for adopters who seek professional training classes or individual training for our rover scholars.

Refund Guidelines: For adopters of our special rover scholars, to receive reimbursement, we simply ask for the following documents are submitted us either in person, via email at pets@kingcounty.gov or sent to us our mailing address: Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) 21615 64th Ave. S Kent, WA 98032

*Purchase of $30 pet license required for adopters within RASKC’s service area.
