Update on officer involved shooting
(Muckleshoot Reservation) – King County Sheriff John Urquhart has ordered the release of additional information related to what led up to an officer-involved shooting that occurred on the Muckleshoot Reservation on October 21st. Renee Davis, 23, was shot and killed by officers who responded to a report of an armed, suicidal woman with children in the house.
Detectives asking for public's help in diamond robbery
(SeaTac) King County Sheriff’s detectives are trying to locate anyone who may have witnessed a diamond robbery in SeaTac on Tuesday. The victim’s were driving on the northbound on-ramp to I-5 at S188 St when two vehicles blocked them in. Two masked men approached the victim’s car, broke two car windows and took a bag containing over $400,000 in diamonds. Witnesses may have mistakenly thought they had seen a traffic accident. Armed suicidal woman shot by police
(Muckleshoot Reservation) A woman armed with a handgun was shot and killed by deputies when they responded to a report of a suicidal woman with a firearm. Deputies went to woman’s house located in the 15800 block of SE 382 Pl. (Case#C16053902)
2 repeat offenders arrested in DUI emphasis
(SE King County) King County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two DUI repeat offenders during Friday night’s patrol emphasis targeting drivers under the influence.
DUI emphasis to begin in southeast King County
(Southeast King County) The King County Sheriff’s Office will conduct increased DUI patrols starting this month in southeast King County. The increased patrols will continue until the end of the year. Focus will be on arresting impaired drivers and educating the public and businesses before impaired drivers hit the road.
