Inspecting Records

In addition to records being made available as copies, you may elect to inspect a record at no charge. The Records Request process (stated above) applies whether the records request is for copies or inspection.

Requests Via Mail

If you do not want to make your request on-line (via the Records Request link above), you may print out a form and mail it in to us. The form is available for printing here: PDR_request.

Special Notice Effective November 14, 2017:

For any and all services provided by the Records Unit, it is recommended that you arrive at our downtown location no later than 3pm to ensure adequate time to fulfill your requests.

During holiday seasons and following major incidents beyond our control, it is best to arrive by 2pm to ensure your requests and needs are met.

For any and all fingerprint services or any CPL application please arrive no later than 4:00pm.
