Event description

On Friday, April 18, 2025, experts from the Swedish Center for Healthy Aging and Women's Brain Health Program will host a Healthy Aging Summit at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center where you can learn more about brain health and evidence-based methods that can help keep your brain healthy at any age.

This free, fun, informative day will include talks by Providence Swedish brain health and aging experts, interactive breakout sessions to get your mind and body moving, and a community resource fair where you can connect with dedicated community partners like the Garden Hotline who will share essential information and resources to help you better support yourself and your loved ones.

The event is free and open to all ages. Space is limited, so registration is required. Morning refreshments and light lunch will be served. Email CFHAevents@Providence.org for more information.
