Case numbers below reflect positive orthopox (probable) and confirmed mpox cases among King County residents. Vaccine administration numbers reflect JYNNEOS vaccines (first and second doses) administered to King County residents. Two doses is considered fully vaccinated against mpox.

Demographics

Demographic data of cases is collected from interviews, medical notes and/or electronic lab reporting. Non-zero small numbers may be suppressed. Demographic data of vaccine recipients is collected from the Washington State Immunization Information System (WAIIS).

Case address is based on case’s home residency as reported to Public Health from interviews, medical notes and/or electronic lab reporting. Non-zero small numbers may be suppressed.
