Public Health Reserve Corps onboarding video

This video is to guide prospective and new Public Health Reserve Corps volunteers through the PHRC membership process. The process includes completing a WAserv profile, signing PHRC paperwork and the handbook, undergoing a background check, attending a new volunteer orientation, and completing FEMA ICS courses.
