Now accepting General Election Local Voters' Pamphlet statements
Special Filing Period: August 6 - 8
We will hold a special candidate filing period for select offices from August 6 at 8 a.m. to August 8 at 5 p.m. Offices subject to the special filing period did not have any candidates file during the regular filing period in May. All candidates who file for these offices will appear on the November General Election ballot.
These offices are:
- City of Pacific, Council Position No. 6
- King County Fire Protection District No. 24, Commissioner Position No. 1
- King County Fire Protection District No. 24, Commissioner Position No. 2
- King County Fire Protection District No. 24, Commissioner Position No. 3
- King County Fire Protection District No. 25, Commissioner Position No. 2
- King County Fire Protection District No. 31, Commissioner Position No. 2
- King County Fire Protection District No. 31, Commissioner Position No. 3
- King County Fire Protection District No. 40, Commissioner Position No. 2
- King County Fire Protection District No. 40, Commissioner Position No. 4
- King County Fire Protection District No. 50, Commissioner Position No. 1
- King County Water District No. 19, Commissioner Position No. 2
- King County Water District No. 123, Commissioner Position No. 2
- Stevens Pass Sewer District, Commissioner Position No. 1
- Stevens Pass Sewer District, Commissioner Position No. 3
- King County Cemetery District No. 1, Commissioner Position No. 2
The filing fee for City of Pacific Council Position No. 6 is $36. All other offices have no filing fee.
Candidates who want to file and run for these positions should do so online or by submitting a Declaration of Candidacy.
