2021 customer survey – King County Airport
About the survey
In January 2021, the airport shared its first customer experience survey with tenants. We invited general aviation customers, terminal customers, and ground leaseholders to participate.
The survey intended to find ways to meet our customer's needs better. We asked them to rate their satisfaction and agreement levels on the following:
- Satisfaction with airport services
- Likelihood of them recommending services
- The likelihood of them renewing contracts with the airport
- Communication, equity, and interaction with airport staff
- Airport efficiency of ease-of-use
Survey results
- 77% of customers showed satisfaction with the services the airport provided.
- 79% of customers were likely to renew their contract or lease with the airport.
- 93.7% of respondents agreed that employees at the airport are helpful.
