Start each search warrant from a new template from this site. This ensures you’re using the most up-to-date template, as they are updated regularly.

- For all law enforcement within King County, DO NOT change the footer.
- For agencies outside of King County, update the footer to accurately reflect your organization’s contact information.

Prosecutorial review
For all King County cases, we encourage law enforcement to seek prosecutorial review of every warrant beyond the most basic. Especially for warrants you are unfamiliar with, or have questions/concerns about.
These templates are routinely updated by the Special Operations Unit.
