Work Remains to Achieve County Customer Service Goals

With King County’s shift toward a hybrid of in-person and remote services, it is increasingly critical for the County to develop a strategy that addresses customer needs comprehensively and ensures that all residents are well-served. As the County develops a comprehensive strategy for customer service, it should incorporate best practices to ensure its strategy is effective and equity focused. In addition, the County should ensure agencies have the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to help implement the County’s vision for customer excellence across the enterprise.
