“Bountiful” 2015 King County Fair

We were in danger of losing the oldest state fair west of the Mississippi, but at the Sept. 2 meetingvof the Committee of the Whole,we found out just how far we’re come in keeping the King County Fair Strong!

We had a “bumper crop” in 2015, doubling the attendance from last year. Just as important, we saw a growth of youth participants coming to Enumclaw to be part of the Fair’s 4H exhibitions and exhibits. Young people spoke to us about their growth through the work they did with their animals.

With an infusion of funds for 2015-2016, partner the sky’s the limit for the fair’s success in the future.
