To view documents related to public hearing applications (subdivisions, rezones, road vacations) referred to our office that we have set a hearing for, please view and download them from our public Share Point Site here. We remove the documents from the Share Point site about a month after the examiner’s report and recommendation has been issued, but you may email us if you wish to obtain the record.

Please note that we do not upload files for Current Use (PBRS) hearings, but you may email us if you wish to obtain those records from our office.
