Inglewood Hill Parking Access and Restroom Facilities
Location: Located just north of Inglewood Hill Road, off of East Lake Sammamish Parkway
Redevelopment includes space for up to 27 vehicles, including ADA accessible spaces, a restroom facility, covered bicycle parking, and a pedestrian/bicycle ramp to access the trail.
Funding for this segment is provided by the voter-approved 2014-2019 Parks, Trails, and Open Space Replacement Levy.
Project Update: King County Parks submitted an application for the Clearing and Grading Permit to the City of Sammamish on November 29, 2018, for Phase 1. This includes construction of a 12-foot-wide paved surface with two-foot gravel shoulders on each side. This trail segment is approximately 480-feet long and includes construction of a 425-foot-long retaining wall. The Shoreline Substantial Development Permit was issued by the City of Sammamish Hearing Examiner on February 5, 2018.
Funding for Phase I was provided by the voter-approved 2014-2019 Parks, Trails, and Open Space Replacement Levy.

Permitting:
Phase I construction is expected to begin in summer 2019. This includes construction of a 12-foot-wide paved surface with 2-foot gravel shoulders on each side. This trail segment is approximately 480-feet long and includes construction of a 425-foot-long retaining wall. During construction, weekly updates will be posted to the project website.
