The Puget Sound Trip Planner app is no longer being supported or updated. However, you can continue using the web version of Trip Planner from your computer or mobile device.

• In addition to Trip Planner, you can use third-party apps (e.g., One Bus Away, Google Maps, Bing Maps, etc.)
• Sign up for Transit Alerts via email or text.
• Use “Text for Departure” by texting your bus stop number to 62550. You will receive a text with the next departure times and/or canceled trips at that stop.
• On Twitter, follow @kcmetroalerts for route alerts, cancellations and delays. Follow @KingCountyMetro for general information.
• Metro’s customer service office is open on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 206-553-3000.
