Runway 14R/32L electrical project underway

Runway 14R/32L will be closed several evenings each week through August 5 for an electrical project.

Story

UPDATE: This project is back on schedule.

An airfield electrical project begins April 9 and will run through August 5. This work will involve installing new regulators, lights, and cables.

Runway 14R/32L will be closed at night several evenings every week during this project. Closure times below are in local Pacific time.

  • Thursdays 9:45 p.m. to 3:15 a.m. (2145-0315)
  • Fridays 9:45 p.m. to 5 a.m. (2145-0500)
  • Saturdays 9:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. (2145-0700)
  • Sundays 9:45 p.m. to 5 a.m. (2145-0500)

In addition, one or two intersections on Taxiway Bravo will be closed along with Runway 14R/32L during the days/times listed above. Closures will start with intersection B10 and move north as the project progresses. In addition, there may be daytime closures of Taxiway Bravo between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. local Pacific time.
