Email us at lpa.team@kingcounty.gov and include the following:

• In the subject title: project name, local agency or city name
• Location of interest (site address or parcel number)
• A summary of your request
• Attach files (if applicable): project plans, associated documents (easements/property rights, site plan)
• If you are an applicant, please copy your local agency contact.
• If you have an ongoing project with us or have contacted us previously, please include your previous correspondence with us.

It’s important to contact us as early as possible during your project’s preliminary design to make sure you are in compliance with King County rules and regulations and to minimize coordination issues and potential revisions. Lack of approval (if required) or adequate prior notice will delay your construction project.
