Regional Trails - King County Parks offers 175 miles of regional trails located in every corner of the county. Whether you’re commuting to the office or just out for some exercise with your dog Fido, the King County Regional Trails System offers paved and unpaved paths for cycling, walking, roller blading and other unmotorized uses, and connects the county from Auburn to Bothell and Seattle to the Cascades. Backcountry Trails - Located in more than 26 natural area parks in suburban and rural King County, King County Parks offers 215 miles of backcountry trail networks with year-round accessibility for hiking, trail running, mountain biking and horseback riding. Our trails range from a leisurely stroll through the forest to a vigorous climb up to a sweeping view of some of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning landscapes.
