Voluntary Waiver of Firearms Rights or Revocations can be submitted to the clerk’s office in person at any of our locations. These can also be submitted via email at email@example.com.

When filing the voluntary waiver of firearm rights (or revocation) in person:
- Provide the clerk with all completed forms
- Provide the clerk a valid identification number
When filing the voluntary waiver of firearm rights (or revocation) via email:
- Submit all completed forms
- Submit a clear scanned copy of your valid identification
Once your waiver is processed by the Clerk’s Office, and if it is accepted, you will receive a letter from the Clerk’s Office.
