Leafline Trails - There are over 175 miles of regional trails in the Leafline Trails Network in King County. These trails are flat, wide, and mostly paved. Whether you’re commuting to the office or just out for some exercise with your friends and family, the Leafline Trails Network offers a variety of paths for cycling, walking, rollerblading, and other unmotorized uses, and connects the county from Auburn to Bothell and Seattle to the Cascades.
Backcountry Trails - Located in more than 26 natural area parks in suburban and rural King County, King County Parks offers 215 miles of backcountry trail networks with year-round accessibility for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Our trails range from a leisurely stroll through the forest to a vigorous climb up to a sweeping view of some of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning landscapes.
