CH2M Hill is a global engineering firm. Its Bellevue office provides a 50% subsidized annual ORCA Passport to all employees. The ORCA Passport provides unlimited rides on Metro Transit, Community Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit Express buses, Link Light Rail and Sounder Commuter Rail. CH2M Hill provides a courtesy shuttle from the Bellevue office to the Bellevue Transit Center during peak commute hours.
The employees who opt in to the ORCA Passport program also have the opportunity to park for free twice a month when they need to drive in so that they can go to a personal appointment. The ORCA Passport also provides employees a guaranteed ride home in case of emergency.
The ORCA Passport also provides a 100% subsidy on transit agency vanpool fares. Employees commuting from Olympia (outside of the Passport area) are given $75 per month to apply to their bus fares.
In addition, they have transit passes available for "check out" for short periods of time. This "check out" is an innovative way to allow those who use other commute options the ability to jump into transit when they want to.

- A commuter benefit provides bicyclists with $10 - $20 per month in the form of a voucher that can be used at select retailers for commute-related bicycle items and maintenance.
- CH2M Hill became one of the first businesses to be honored with a BizCycle Certification at the silver level.
- Weekly, formatted emails provide valuable and current information related to all commute modes. These emails include road closures, bus re-routes, major events and construction that may impact travel, vanpool announcements, and tips for using transit.
- An internal website has been updated with several new tools to aid commuters, including:
- A list showing the routes and times of buses that connect the CH2M Hill office to the Bellevue Transit Center.
- A comprehensive list showing all Park and Rides with direct service to the Bellevue Transit Center as well as typical parking occupancy rates.
- Links to third party websites with bike commuting routes and tips
- A page linking One Bus Away data for all Bellevue Transit Center bus bays - providing bus riders with real time arrival data.
The results? A 45% reduction in the drive-alone rate from 2011. CH2M Hill Bellevue office boasts a 31% drive-alone rate.
