Our program emphasizes linking people who are homeless into patient-centered care for medical, dental, mental health, and substance use conditions.

Teams of clinical service providers are situated at a variety of sites throughout King County. The teams use a trauma-informed approach in providing services. They are skilled at meeting the person who is homeless "where they are", and build trusting relationships with them.

Harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques are used to engage people in identifying their needs and taking steps toward improving their health. The following links may be helpful to people living homeless who are seeking care and do not know where to find it in their area of the County.
