KING COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CLERK'S OFFICE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT |
The King County Superior Court Clerk’s Office will continue to replace our customer-facing electronic systems. There are various phases of this project. Below is an outline of the phases, potential customer impacts and important project dates.

More Information on the System Replacement Project
Who is impacted by the System Replacement Project?
Customer currently using our Electronic Records Request (ERR) and Electronic Court Records (ECR Online) systems will be impacted by this replacement. The good news is that each customer will have the ability to use one system, KC Script Portal, to access and request King County Superior Court records.
I have funds in my current ECR account. How do I get a refund?
You are encouraged to use the remaining funds in your account ECR until 4:30 p.m. on April 8, 2022. After 14 days (April 22, 2022), any remaining balance will be refunded back to the payor. If you would like to request a refund sooner than this date, please contact our Accounting Team at kcch.djaaccounting@kingcounty.gov.

I am a voucher agency. How would I get a voucher account in the new KC Script Portal?
The new KC Script Portal will be available to voucher agencies on March 21, 2022. During the week of March 21 - March 25, we encourage you to create an account in the new KC Script Portal prior to the public go-live release date (March 28, 2022). After accounts are created, the primary agency contact will compile a list of user email accounts, then send the list and the agency voucher number to kcch.djaaccounting@kingcounty.gov. Our office will connect the voucher number to the user accounts.
Will this new system affect my E-Filing account?
Currently, the KC Script Portal does not affect the E-Filing suite. In the future, the E-Filing suite will be integrated into the KC Script Portal. The Clerk's Office will provide information when this happens.
How can I learn to use the new KC Script Portal?
There will be several free public webinars available to all customers on how to use the KC Script Portal. Please look at the dates listed above, under Important Project Dates and register for a public webinar. These webinars will be recorded and posted along with educational materials on how to use KC Script Portal.
