UNIFIED PAYMENT (UP) PROGRAM
Is your driver’s license suspended due to traffic tickets in multiple courts in King County? Then the UP Program is for you! If you have received tickets in any of the following courts, they allow you to participate in a consolidated payment plan:

How it works
- Complete an application and pay a non-refundable application fee
- Must have an outstanding eligible ticket in at least one of the participating courts
- Must be able to make the minimum monthly payment of $25.00
- Once the payment agency receives your first installment, they will contact participating courts, who will notify the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) that the hold can be removed from your driver’s license
