Client Outcomes Reporting Engine (CORE) Support
King County’s Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) uses the Client Outcomes Reporting Engine (CORE) as a way for Adult Services and Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) providers to submit data about the clients they serve to DCHS.
- Access monthly reporting spreadsheets available at the CORE web portal
- View CORE guidance documents and training videos on the CORE “Resources” tab within the CORE portal
- Download CORE data dictionaries to view definitions of fields on reporting spreadsheets
- Adult Services CORE Data Dictionary (through December 2022 reporting) and NEW Adult Services CORE Data Dictionary (effective for January 2023 reporting)

Grant Application & Capacity Building Consulting (GACB) Services Available to Small Organizations
King County committed funding to help organizations become more competitive for DCHS funding and help build the infrastructure needed to support overall organization sustainability. King County and our partners can provide Grant Application & Capacity Building Consulting to organizations and nonprofits applying for, or that already receive, King County DCHS funding through grant awards or contracts.
